My broke ass self is about 98% sure not to go to SXSW Interactive next month, which really sucks because a) you know, broke! and b) last year we discovered the twin wonders of The Boiling Pot and Austin's 24-hour bowling alley I'm going to miss hanging out with people. Boy, looking at my Flickr friends page sure is going to be painful from March 11 to 15.
Anyway, I was poking around my external hard disk today when I found some video I shot at last year's SXSWi. I'd completely forgotten it had existed but what the heck, I'm sure some of you want to see it so here you go: Nikolai Nolan's live performance of Win A Bloggie.

update: Sad that I'm not going? REALLY sad that I'm not going? Why not consider becoming a *cough, cough* micropatron of my roundtrip ticket and student badge? (I have a place to stay for gratis if I do go, courtesy of the always awesome Yimay and the incredible Heather Champ offered me her spare badge so I adjusted the Dropcash goal down accordingly.) If you'd like to link to my fundraiser from your site, Kathryn has two tagline suggestions: "dropcash: let lia eat bbq" and "dropcash: we need more azn nerd chicks at sxsw". Or if you want to be really thorough, how about "dropcash: help hot azn nerd chick eat bbq at sxsw"?
